- Pre-solicitation notice for the Rental and Cleaning of Protective Clothing The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price requirements contract with one base year and two (2) option years. Only vendors within a 100 mile radius of the depot will be considered. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation W911N2-09-T-0146 date: O/A 17 August 2009, Closing date: O/A 31 August 2009. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 17 August.
