- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for FEMAP and NASTRAN software maintenance packages (brand name only). The quote should include the following:. One (Qty 1) Annual Maintenance and Support on NX NASTRAN Basic. One (Qty 1) Annual Maintenance and Support on NX NASTRAN Dynamic Response. Six (Qty 6) Annual Maintenance and Support on FEMAP with NX NASTRAN: Basic (Node. Eleven (Qty 11) Annual Maintenance and Support on FEMAP (Floating). Six (Qty 6) Annual Maintenance and Support on FEMAP (Node Locked). One (Qty 1) Annual Maintenance and Support on FEMAP with NX NASTRAN: Dynamic This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N00167-09-T-0187 applies and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that proposals are being requested. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the Small Business size standard is $25 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. The complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00167-09-T-0187 can be accessed via the following websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and selection for award will be based on the lowest price that meets the specified requirement. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. To be eligible for an award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be done by accessing the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. All responses must be received by 18 August 2009 at 2:00 PM-ET, and must reference RFQ number N00167-09-T-0187. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
