- Description
- This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type Contract under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responses will be due August 17, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. local time (EST.). Individual request for solicitation packages will NOT be accepted, quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. A site visit is scheduled on Thursday August 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (EST.), local time; the exact location has yet to be determined. Please send me an e-mail if you are interested in attending, I will respond with a location. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), go to https://www.bpn.gov/ to register prior to submitting a quote. In order to submit a quotation you must have a DUNS number and MPIN (Password) to sign into the National Business Center website. All responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which if submitted in a timely manner will be considered. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. Please note that this solicitation is set aside specifically for small business; all business types may submit an offer. Offers are not solicited from firms debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment. Ineligible firms shall consider this an informational copy only. The government intends to issue one (1) contract but reserves the right to consider partial bids. You are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals; so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
