- The Social Security Administration, Region II, requires a contractor to repair a retaining wall that has shifted in the rear of the Addabbo Federal Building, located at 155-10 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, Queens, NY; repair pavers that have lifted near the retaining wall; and to re-point mortar seams of stairs at the rear of the building. The estimated value of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside to be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Quoters should accept the Government purchase card as a form of payment. The NAICS code is 238140 with a size standard of $14 million. The Request for Quotation is expected to be issued on approximately August 10, 2009 and may be downloaded at http://www.fbo.gov. The date for a site visit will be contained in the solicitation.
