- This is a partial release (Release 1) of answers to questions posed by prospectiveOfferors to the KSCVC Concession Agreement Draft RFP. Additional responses to questionsare expected to be released (Release 2) on or about August 19, 2009. Some questions havebeen modified to provide clarity or because the same general question was posed by morethan one company in a slightlydifferent manner. The RFP (when released) remains theauthoritative document to guide proposals. Additional questions may be submitted, butNASA does not guarantee that all questions will be answered. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
