- The work includes, but is not limited to: placement of roller-compacted concrete (RCC) roadway embankment and Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavment; and upper gorge protection consisting of reinforced RCC and standard cast-in-place structural concrete. The project will include rock excavation necessary to construct a vertical cutoff wall.
