The due date for proposals is 10 September 2009 (see solicitation for time). This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 and the small business size is $14 Million. The source selection evaluation criteria is detailed in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project includes a 100% complete design package. The contract duration is for 240 days. Currently this project is being solicited under fill-kill authority. Award of this construction contract is subject to availability of funds. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. Offerors must also be registered and have completed the Online Representation & Certification Application (ORCA) located at www.bpn.gov/orca prior to award.
