- Statement of Work This is notice of the Government's intent to negotiate a contract to relocate the Saw Shop equipment to the newly constructed Machine Shop Storage Facility on Robins AFB in accordance with the attached statement of work. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Any responsible source capable of meeting the requirement may submit technical, delivery, pricing, and past performance data sufficient to determine capability. To be considered, any such documentation must be received NLT 26 August 2009, 12:00PM EST. Only electronic submissions will be accepted and no extensions will be granted. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. NAICS: 238210. *NOTE 22 applies* * Site Visit: a) An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Friday, 21 August 2009 at 9:00 am. Participants will meet at Robins AFB Visitors Center at 8:30 am. b) Submit name(s) of all attendees not to exceed two (2) per contractor to: a. Ryan Byrd 78 CCS/PKA, Robins AFB, GA, (478) 327-9880, ryan.byrd@robins.af.mil NOT LATER THAN Thursday, 20 August 2009. The below information, plus individual's name(s), must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the installation. c) Driver's licenses, SSN, proof of vehicle registration and insurance are required to gain access to the installation. d) A record of the Site Visit shall be made and furnished to all attendees. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including all questions and answers. CONTRACTORS ARE ADVISED TO BRING COPIE(S) OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation : 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial (full text); 52.212-2 - Evaluation - Commercial Items (full text) - The evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to performance specifications. 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (full text). The rule is effective January 1, 2005. This final rule requires offerors to provide representations and certifications electronically via the BPN website; to update the representations and certifications as necessary, but at least annually, to keep them current, accurate and complete.
