- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124709T0448. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center, Fort Bragg,NC, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement for a Strong Bonds retreat in Williamsburg,VA. Hotel must be able to provide 75 double occupancy rooms, conference space and meals for 150 Adults and 70 children from 21 23 August 2009. The requirement will be a 100% set aside for Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $7M. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A period of performance of 21-23 August 2009 is anticipated. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0448. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
