- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United StatesNavy,Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command's (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes toaward a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to CORNET Technology, Inc. Thiscontract will be for development, production and testing of eight (8) AN/USQ-155 Black Tactical Switch dual user wideband analog port cards. Thisannouncement is for subcontracting possibilities only. The NAICS for thisprocurement is 335999 (6,287 business size). Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole sourceannouncement must be received by 2:00pm Pacific Time on 25 August 2009(15 days).
