- Cleaning service for NRCS Field Office Hyannis. USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Services - Massachusetts seek 100% small business to clean District Office at Unit 1G, 270 Communications Way, Hyannis, Massachusetts. Total Office Space is 1,300 Square Feet. Cleaning will consist of nightly cleaning to include Bathroom floors, sinks, toilets, vacuuming of carpet, dusting, trash removal. This contract is for one base and four (1year) options. Proposer shall provide a price for Base and each of the optionsyears.
