- 8/10/2009 Questions & Answers Here are some questions and answers for this solicitation: The RFQ calls for a 1600 Amp main and the specification calls for a 1200 Amp main. Which is correct? 1.Main Breaker shall be 1200Amp as per specification Please ask engineering if these are manually operated or electrically operated breakers 2.Breakers shall be manually operated. Solid state long time, short time and instantaneous tripping device. Does engineering want an Electro Industries Nexus on each of the feeders and the Main? 3.Metering on the main feeder only will be considered. Provide optional price.
