- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 53,000 square feet of warehouse/storage (650 SF office) space in Havelock, North Carolina. The lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space should be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2009. The space must be located within the area delineated by the following boundaries: oNorth: Williams Road oSouth: Highway 24 oEast: Ferry Road and US 70 oWest: 9 Mile Road The following criteria shall apply to all space considered by the Government: •The floor load requirement is 200 lbs per square foot. •A minimum of 16 feet of clear ceiling height is required for the entire warehouse space. •Twelve surface parking spaces shall be available for government use. •A minimum of four (4) 16 x 16 roll up doors. The space must meet the Federal Government’s standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, August 24, 2009. All expressions of interest should be in writing and include building name and address, location of space in the building, and rentable square feet offered.
