- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Social Security Administration Trinidad, Colorado The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 3,006 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space must be contiguous on one floor. First floor space is required. Rentable space must yield approximately 3,457 of BOMA usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking for clients must be within a two-block walking area. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year or 500-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the Social Security Administration. Such space shall be ready for occupancy approximately December 1, 2010. The government is seeking a lease term of ten years, five years firm. Space offered must be located within the following delineated area: • City Limits of Trinidad Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
