- The VAMC facilities in Albany, NY has a requirement to expand thepatient safety and recovery system that is currently in place at theMedical Center. The equipment that is need are two (2) Emergency LocatorKit-Disks and ninety-five (95) Disk Transmitters. In accordance withFAR 6.302-1, and because this equipment involves proprietary technologythat is specific to the equipment's manufacturer, it is thedetermination of the Contracting Officer that the only reasonableprovider is Project Life Saver International.
