Description

Annual Software Maintenance of HP LoadRunner The IRS has an immediate requirement for the purchase of HP (formerly Mercury) LoadRunner/WinRunner/Test Director Annual Maintenance Renewal. Please see attached requirement. Period of Performance: One year maintenance ending 6/30/2010. This is an RFQ as well as a brand-name justification for the "HP LoadRunner" brand name. HP (formerly Mercury) is the developer and publisher of LoadRunner/WinRunner/Test Director Software Maintenance Renewal. HP (formerly Mercury) has proprietary ownership of the LoadRunner/WinRunner/Test Director Maintenance Renewal and rights to certain trademarks and copyrights. This acquisition procures critical software for system development and maintenance for new and existing Criminal Investigation Management Information System (CIMIS) applications by maintaining CIMIS’ overall effectiveness. The maintenance activity will include bug fixes, adjustments and improvements to CIMIS functionality, and support for changes to the CI operating environment and IT infrastructure. These products are already approved by the IRS and being used in the current technical environment.
