- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912DQ-09-R-3041 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). A list of contract line items, and a description of requirements for the items to be acquired is specified on the document attached at the link below labeled 'RFP.' The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, as well as the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition including its addenda in the document at the link 'RFP.' Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this requirement as indicated in the document 'RFP.' The offers are due no later than 1200 AM, September 1, 2009.
