- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QF509B0002. TENTATIVE ISSUE DATE FOR THE SOLICITATION IS 08/25/2009. This requisition is advertised as a 100% small business set aside procurement. This project consists of all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for the repair to roadways, parking lots, repairs to sidewalks, curbs and gutters at Fort Monroe, Virginia. This contract will be for a Base Year and two (2) one year option periods. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1611.
