- ENVIORNMENTAL SURVEY REPORT Bldg209SouthCIDbidOption1Revised Wage Decision OH29 Mod 21 08-07-09 SPECIFICATION DRAWINGS SOLICITATION FA8601-09-R-0057 SOLICITAATION: Project ZHTV080032. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside for HUBzone concerns. The Period of Performance is 270 days for the base and an additional 30 days for the option period. If the option period is exercised with the base the total period of performance will be 300 days. NAICS CODE: 236220. Size Standard $33.5. Project is to renovate 5100 SF of space in the south end of Building 209 to accommodate additional personnel IAW specs and drawings. All space will be gutted to the structure except for fire sprinklers and other utilities to remain. Scope includes construction of administrative space to serve additional personnel, replacement of all HVAC and electrical systems, installation of a new fire alarm and mass notification system, reconfiguration of fire sprinklers, and resize restrooms (for future admin use) with ADA-compliant bathrooms. The site of the work is Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Special Requirement/Considerations: Construction must take place while maintaining day-to-day operations of AAFES military clothing sales, drycleaner and alteration shop stores, which wrap around 50% of the construction site. Construction must not hinder these important sales functions for AAFES or encumber outside parking and pedestrian and traffic circulation. Contractor yard must be kept neat as it will be in a highly visible location in Area C. Estimated Cost of proposed Acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-704 "Required Central Contractor Registration," Contractor must be registered in CCR prior to award. This is a WPAFB Construction Contracting (PKJ) program. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category Z - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property program.
