- The SETA is valued at $270.6M and is for a five-year total period with a one- year base period and four one-year options. The SETA serves as a contracting vehicle consisting of non-personal support services for program management, planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, logistics, evaluation, sustainment, operations and support, acquisition, and ancillary services to PEO STRI and other federal agencies worldwide. In response to Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) the Request for Proposal, the Government received compliant proposals from six small businesses for evaluation. The Contract was awarded to Electronic Consulting Services, Inc. The overall ceiling value for the SETA/ IDIQ is $270.6M. The range for proposed prices was from $270,570,046.00 to $304,435,890.49.
