- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0549 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, Defense Circular Number 20090729, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 423450. 0001 - ProSeries Titan TI Split-Apart Rescue Stretcher with StratLoad Attachment Points. Required for patient transport to/from ground to/from helicopter and High Angle (mountainous/steep) terrain from survivor location on mountainous terrain to helicopter or rescue staging area. Weight is 16 pounds and nested length is less than 45 inches. StratLoad Attachment system enables use with helicopter by allowing attachment of carabiners. Lightweight titanium (TI) is required. CMC Rescue Inc. Part Number 726117. Brand Name or Equal. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 48 RQS, 4625 S. PHOENIX STREET, BLDG 4843 DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB AZ 85707.
