- Interior Floor Plan Exterior Site Plan Wind Turbine Solicitation The work of this contract consists of providing and installing a complete grid-tied wind turbine system. Project Location: System shall be located at the Madison District Ranger Station in Ennis, Montana. Start Work: It is anticipated that work will begin approximately September 15, 2009.
