- Description
- The National Park Service Commercial Services Program has a requirement for a hotel to host a training seminar during the week of 16 - 20 November 2009. The hotel shall be located no more than 1 mile from the NPS offices located at 1201 Eye Street NW, Washington, DC 80005. Meeting facilities provided by the hotel shall comfortably accommodate approximately 45 participants and include an audio visual presentation screen & projector, grant easy access to data ports for participants to attach personal computers during the seminar and provide ample space within the primary meeting room for participants to break up into smaller groups for training exercises throughout the week. Light refreshments shall be provided twice daily for all participants. Statutory limitations strictly limit the amount of funds spent on light refreshments to an amount less than or equal to 30% of the government per diem meal rate for the host location. The host hotel shall also provide a minimum of 45 guest rooms at a rate not to exceed the Government per diem lodging rate. Interested offerors shall be registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registry at http://www.ccr.gov prior to being considered for this award.
