- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-09-T-TC15 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, NAB Little Creek, Norfolk VA intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Only written questions regarding this announcement will be accepted. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The associated naics code is 561621 and the Small Business Size Standard is $12.5M. Quote all or none. Quote prices FOB Destination to Norfolk, VA 23521. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. Naval Special Warfare Group Two has a requirement for the following: Line item 0001: 2 each: VayTek HD Scientific Grade Camera w/c mount Line item 0002: 2 each: AV8180-8 Megapixel, Arecont vision cam, 180 deg, IP dome camera Line item 0003: 2 each: AV5155DN; Arecont Vision cam Line item 0004: 2 each: 4XEM, 4X-IZ7151 indoor/outdoor, day/night 18x motorized zoom, IP network camera Line item 0005: 3 hours remote setup and support. If quoting on an equal, provide detailed specifications with proposals for evaluation. Note that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system to be considered for the award.
