- NSN: 6220-01-459-1508, Panel Assembly Lighting. Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fix Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract with base and four (4) option years. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. There is no surge requirement for this procurement. This item is not commercial. Approved sources are Interconnect Wiring Harness Inc, CAGE 0WW63, P/N: 16E1132-849, Richard Manufacturing Company, CAGE 67291, P/N: 16E1132-849 and Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE 81755, P/N: 16E1132-849. The guarantee minimum is 9 each. The estimated annual demand is 36 each. The maximum annual contract quantity for the base year is 108 each. The maximum annual contract quantity for the options years is 72. This item is use on the F-16 aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Configuration control applies. Delivery: 72 days ARO or best available. FOB is at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination will be required. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is August 19, 2009 and the anticipated closing date is September 21, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
