- Electronic Payment Form Specifications Drawings Solicitation The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services and supervision to complete the work as shown in the contract specifications and drawings. The intent of this project is to construct a storage facility to store and repair Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) equipment. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, purchase of facility materials, erection of facility, floor slab, and electrical service with lighting.
