Description
SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, fabrication & delivery of a pre-engineered shelter to Stillhouse Hollow Lake Office, Belton, TX. Shelter shall be laminated curved beam gable end shelter and shall be capable of being erected on a 30 feet wide by 60 feet long existing concrete slab. Shelter shall be the same or equal to Superior International Industries Model 3060, including the following elements: Shelter shall use architectural grade glue-laminated southern yellow pine members for beams and shall be a gable-end rectangular shelter. The laminated curved beam shelter shall be a free-span width of 30 feet. The length of the shelter shall be 60 feet. The roof decking shall be hand-select #2 southern yellow tongue & groove roof decking. Columns shall be 4x6 steel columns, surface mounted with base plate covers with a powder coated frame finish. Roof cover shall be 26 gauge multi-rib metal, brown in color. The metal columns shall be coated with a two-component, corrosion resistant, electro- statically applied coating system oven cured to 400 degrees, brown in color. Paint coating shall be Epoxy and Polyurethane formulation with anticorrosive compounds to provide corrosion resistance to the elements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing with a corresponding Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3448 and a business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued via Internet on FebBizOpps Website at www.fbo.gov and AFSI website at https://acquisition.army.mil. It is the contractors responsibility to check for any posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date.
