- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911XK-09-T-0088 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. The NAICS is 518210, and the acquisition is being solicited as Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Line item and Specifications as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are included in the attached solicitation. The successful offeror MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Program @ www.ccr.gov and https://ora.bpn.gov Offers are due no later than 02:00P.M., 13 August 2009, eastern/local time.
