- Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Please ensure that your quote will be valid until 01 Oct 09. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the applicable Statement of Work to perform Vent Hood & Duct Cleaning Services on Goodfellow AFB, Texas 76908. The period of performance is 01 Oct 09-30 Sep 10 including three (3) one year option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561790 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This acquisition is 100% Small Businesses Set-Aside. Only offers from small businesses will be considered for award. The anticipated proposal due date is 04 Sep 09 with anticipated award date of 18 Sep 09. All requests for clarification relating to this requirement must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist TSgt Phillip Kaiser at (325) 654-3800, faxed to (325)-654-5149, or at phillip.kaiser@goodfellow.af.mil. In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 quoters are urged to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The anticipated date for a site visit is 21 Aug 09 at 10:00 AM at the 17th Contracting Squadron Main Conference Room, B707. The exact date and time of the site visit and quote due date will be stated in the solicitation package. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order that will be awarded as a result of the quotations to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 14 Aug 09. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcement related to this solicitation by entering the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and go to the notification Service area to register. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
