- Market Survey/Request for Pricing Information The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is conducting a Market Survey/Request for Pricing Information to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify responsible, qualified, and capable Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (i.e. Small Business Adminstration (SBA) 8(a) Small Businesses), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or other Small Businesses (SB) sources. Interested SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or other SB firms must respond with information to confirm evidence of their business size and status, their capabilities to meet requirements, and their proposed pricing. The FAA intends to review all response submittals to establish the acquisition strategy. Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if there is a reasonble expectation of receiving responsive offers from two (2) or more SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or other SB firms that are competitive in quality and price. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. The requirement is for the following Oracle products and services: - 20 User Productivity Kits (UPK) Developer Licenses- UPK Developer Licenses Support - 2,000 UPK User's Licenses- UPK User's Licenses Support - 50 Oracle Advanced Collections Application User Licenses- Oracle Advanced Collections Application User Licenses Support All decisions will be made based on the information provided by vendors responding to this Market Survey/Request for Pricing Information. Only responses from SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or other SB firms that respond with submittals providing the required information will be considered. Response to this Market Survey/Request for Pricing Information. Interested SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or other SB sources should provide the following: - Qualifications/capabilities available to provide the required products and services.- Pricing for the required products and services.- Evidence or certification of the vendor's business size and status. All responses (one response per vendor) are to be provided with a cover letter on company letterhead. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 P.M, local time, August 12, 2009. Responses received after the time and date specified may be determined to be late and may not be considered.
