- Repave Francis Bay Entry Road and Parking.The National Park Service intends to award a Fixed Price Construction contract by the use of Sealed Bidding with unrestricted competition. This project is to repair and rebuild damaged parking areas and road as depicted in the plans, specifications and drawings. The start and stop dates described in the Statement of Work are nominal and will be adjusted after the CPM is prepared by the successful bidder after contract award and before the Notice to Proceed are issued.Contact Anita Davis for an emailed PDF copy of the Plans and Drawings at Anita_Davis@nps.gov or (305) 242-7798. No paper or fax copies will be sent to prospective contractors due to lack of administrative support for these services.
