- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), Division of Training in Shepherdstown, WV has a requirement for two American Sign Language Interpreters to provide interpretive services for a hearing impaired student attending the Fall Refuge Management Academy October 18 - November 6, 2009. Weeks 1 and 3 will be held at NCTC in Shepherdstown, WV and during week 2 a field trip will be conducted for four days at two National Wildlife Refuges in Maryland. Specifics will be detailed in the Statement of Work (Attachment A). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
