- Updated Contractor/Government meeting Policy: Prior to the release of the final RFP, the government will allow meetings between contractor teams and the government program management team at Hill AFB in addition to the structured Monday morning capability briefing opportunities offered by 507 ACSS engineering. Such meetings should be scheduled in advance with the program office. To schedule a meeting with the program office, contact Capt Alex Constantine (alex.constantine@hill.af.mil) or Ms. Deborah Sparks (deborah.sparks@hill.af.mil). Capabilites briefs are still arranged through Mr. Vincent Eddards (vincent.eddards@hill.af.mil) as briefed during the July industry day.
