- RECOVERY- This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is being solicited under the existing Federal Supply Schedule contracts for Professional Engineering Services, Construction Management (SIN 871-7). This notice is not a notice for solicitation or offers. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire Construction Management (CM) Services to provide oversight for the building system upgrades including heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, lighting and ceiling systems, as well as roof and window improvements at the Birch Bayh Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Services to be provided by the CM include, but are not limited to, review of design documents and construction observation.
