THIS IS A RE-ISSUE OF A PRIOR ANNOUNCEMENT DATED JULY 20,2009 "IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT " The Federal Aviation Administration Western-Pacific Region; hereby announces its intent to solicit a Request for Offers (RFO) for Landscaping /Vegetation Control for American Samoa. This is a Small Business set-aside giving preference to businesses within American Samoa. Awards resulting from the RFO will give consideration to the: (1) Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and (2) Offeror's past performance with the same similar work. The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary in the performance of the requested services. The solicitation will request pricing for the base period and (4) option years. IMPORTANT NOTE: Contractors must have active registration with Central Contracting Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov at the time of submitting an offer. *****Offers will only be considered by those who respond to this announcement by completing and returning the Business Declaration form by the announcement closing date. This documentation can be returned by fax (310) 725-6842 or email Kelly.CTR.Cook@faa.gov. It is your responsibility to contact the Sr. Contract Specialist named on this announcement to confirm receipt of your document. Incomplete and/or late forms will not be accepted. Once this announcement has closed, a list of confirmed interested vendors who have returned the Business Declaration form will be added to a bidder's list. ONLY VENDORS ON THIS LIST WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR THIS SOLICITATION (no exceptions).
