- The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to CAPUS Automation Services, Inc. for 34 CO LG - CAPUS Mini-retrieval/PMEL BMH57C (569) Preventative maintenance for the SUPAC mini-retrieval unit S/N A135721 for 12 months. Unscheduled service calls of 1 Lot and parts replacement for SUPAC mini-retrieval of 1 Lot. Period of Performance is for 1 base year and two option years. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 5 August 2009. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
