- The following questions, with responses were receive for the Request for Quote Q8520090043 1) Is there a maximum allowable budget associated with this project?What is that? This is not a grant or cooperative agreement so we can not divulge budget but I can tell you the magnitude of the project will be between $25,000 and $100,000. 2) What is the expected time frame for receiving a final report?The Department is allowing 180 days for completion of the project from the date of award. 3) When discussing 'interpretive technologies', is the solicitation referringto technology available within a visitor center and/or at other public locations?Are people also thinking about mobile technologies such as can be used withthe iPhone, for example? Any and all current technolgies found appropriate to the resources and visitor preferences. It's wide open. Focus groups will lead us down the right path. 4) Can you identify who from the park service side will be the lead contactfor this project? Can I speak to her/him prior to submitting a proposal?All questions need to come through this department.
