- RECOVERY: The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, has identified a requirement to solicit the purchase and delivery Miscellaneous hardware itemst. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items has been prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propasals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Q8147090705 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35, dated July 14 2009. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System Code is 423710 and the small business size is less than 100 employees. ***This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the contractor must meet all reporting requirements as described in FAR 52.204-11.
