- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 10, 2009. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Small Business Setaside. Mission Communications SCADA Systems, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, California, Soliciation Number Q8147090139. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all laborand expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists of installation of Mission Communications remote terminal units, accessories and services located at FB659, FC840, Fort Baker Resevoir, Fort Cronkhite Resevoir and Muir Woods Lift Stations in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. This contract consists of labor. The NAICS code for this project is 221310 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $20,00 and $50,000. This procurement is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
