- Detailed description of project The objective of this project is to conduct a bench-scale assessment of the ARD/metal leaching potential (ARD/ML) of B5 material under various combinations with B1 limestone. This assessment will enable a management plan to be developed for handling this material in the future. The provision “52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items”, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision, are as follows, qualifications and certifications are the most important, with price being less than qualifications and certifications, to be considered the “Best Value” for the Government. All offerors must provide a completed copy of “52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items”. The provision may be found and printed from www.arnet.gov/far/. FAR Clause “52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items” applies to this acquisition and includes the following addenda to this clause incorporated in full or by reference. FAR Clause “52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items” (JUN 2009)and the following clauses were selected as applicable to the acquisition:
