- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to contractors' questions for solicitation FA2517-09-T-6089. Question: Can you please clarify line item 3 of this solicitation. The part number listed is not a valid Polycom part number. Response: The part number for item number 3 is valid on the revised itemized listing posted on 28 July 2009 to solicitation FA2517-09-T-6089. The part can be purchased directly from Polycom or authorized partner. Question: I have a question about the last line, Market Central 5101185. When speaking with the manufacturer, they informed me that the unit comes as either tabletop or rack-mounting, without the option for both. Also, the RS-232 capability would need to be special ordered. What I need to know is what you would prefer, tabletop or rack-mountable. Thank you for your help. Response: The government requires a rack-mountable switch with RS-232 capability for line item 20.
