- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date and time to solicitation FA2517-09-T-6089 to 7 August 2009, 3:00 pm MST and respond to contractors' questions. Question: For clarification purposes - this solicitation is for equipment and support only - NOT installation? Response: There is no need for installation or programming. Response: Will Solicitation FA2517-09-T-6089 (VTC Benchstock) require any installation and/or programming services at this time or in the future? Response: There is no need for installation or programming. Question: One of the items on the listing, item number 4, specifies a one year maintenance contract for Polycom's HDX 7002 Media Center, part number 7200-24850-001, listed as item number 3. The part number specified in item number 4(part number 4870-00408-106) is for one year support on Polycom's HDX 7000 series, which does not include the Media Center. The correct part number is 4870-00560-106 which provides one year of support for the HDX 7002 Media Center with dual 50" displays, which is specified in item number 3. In order to meet the specification, can I bid the correct part number for line item 4? Please advise. Response: The part number for item number 4 is correct on the revised itemized listing posted on 28 July 2009 to solicitation FA2517-09-T-6089.
