- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Pacific West Area, intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for pre-design services for the replacement of research greenhouse mechanical systems and chiller. The replacement of mechanical systems and chiller address critical deferred maintenance to the facility. The task order will be issued against an existing contract which was competed under the Brooks Act and awarded an as Architectural and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. The oppurtunity is available only to the contractor under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-07-0001. The task order will be awarded to ZGA Architects; address provided below.
