- Building elevations A-501 Floor plan 2009 127 and 128 Details 1932 Demo elevations Elevations 2000 Floor Plans 1957 127 Roof Plan 2000 Statement of Work and specs 127 Interior Wall This Solicitation is for Selfridge MATOC's Only, this is not an open Solicitation. This DO provides for, but is not limited to: A. Remove existing precast concrete coping and replace with coping that matches existing coping in color and size. Repair gutters and roof flashings that are a part of the exterior wall construction. B. Replace existing spalling and cracked brick with new or reclaimed brick to match existing brick in color, Properties and texture. C. Provide flashing and weeps at lintels and interruptions in masonry. D. Tuck point existing deteriorated and failing mortar joints. E. Provide final restoration and clean up. All generated refuse and debris shall be legally disposed of off base. The contractor shall control FOD at all times. The ramp shall be kept clean of all dirt and debris at all times.
