- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Network Upstate NY at Buffalo, NY Medical Center has a requirement for full service maintenance and repair of Medical Center elevators and dumbwaiters. Contract award to be for base year and three(3) option years in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Methods and Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business. NAICS 811310, with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. Solicitations available on/or about August 26th, 2009. Contractor must be able to demonstrate that they are able to respond to emergency repairs within one (1) hour. A mandatory site visit will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM. Early arrival is encouraged as parking is extremely limited. Interested parties will meet at the First Floor Passenger Elevator Entrance, Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. Opening of bids will be on September 15, 2009.
