- RFP for Stand Alone Network Sensors. The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a Contract to procure a stand alone network that integrates a suite of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) sensors referred to as Praetorian Guard (PG) (see the attached RFQ HHM402-09-R-0246 SOW, page 44 for detailed requirements). Proposals for this acquisition are due by mail no later than 12:00PM EST on 25 August 2009.
