- This is a “Notice of Intent” to “Sole Source” a procurement; reference Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) solicitation/posting number “HSCG23-09-Q-QRA011”, to place advertising in the following publications: Air Force Times, Army Times, Marine Corps Times, Navy Times, Edge Magazine and the Military Supplement Handbook for Guard and Reservists. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (http://www.ccr.gov) at time of the award is issued and throughout performance. The government intends to award a "Sole Source” Purchase Order to Army Military Times Publishing Company, Item: 00001 Description: The contractor shall supply all tools, parts, materials and labor necessary to provide the required advertising. Item: 00001A Description: Edge Magazine- August 2009 issue: ˝ page vertical Quantity: 1 Item: 00001B Description: Military Times which includes AFT, AT, MCT, NT-Aug. 2009 issue: Jumbo Jr Page Quantity: 1 Item: 000001C Description: Military Supplement Handbook for Guard and Reservists-Sep 2009 issue: Full Page Quantity: 1 This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination by the government to compete this solicitation will be based upon responses to the notice at the sole discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the close of the publication of this notice TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME 10 AUGUST 2009 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
