- Solicitation Number: W911S0-09-T-0086_Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Leadership Training Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: Request for Information (RFI): This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Center Fort Eustis is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide an IMI leadership training product to Fort Eustis, VA. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. This RFI is for market research and planning purposes only and is an attempt to locate businesses experienced with type of equipment that express interest in providing for these requirements. For comparison purposes, the Armys Training and Doctrine Command has contracted with Franklin Covey for site licenses for its 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Interactive Edition: Online Training User License. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. A formal solicitation will be announced separately. The Government will award one contract. Information obtained from this sources-sought notice may result in a future formal Request for Proposal/Quote. Please refer to this notice as W911S0-09-T-0086 SS. The planned NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code is 611430. This acquisition is currently not considered as a small-business set-aside; respondents of all sizes are welcome. Contacts to Government personnel by potential offerors regarding this project are not allowed. The contracting specialist, MAJ Richard Downs, will post all information regarding this solicitation as soon as it becomes available. Description of Items and Quantity: (1) Leadership training IMI product capable of being delivered web-based and posted to a U.S. Government distributed learning site; (2) 2-4 hours in total length; (3) site license capable to train 100,000 Soldiers; (4) commercial off the shelf (COTS) product, (5) and ready to be delivered now. You must meet ALL of the requirements listed. Please provide a capability statement that addresses all requirements stated below: (1) Business name, address, point of contact and their telephone number and e-mail address; (2) DUNS No and CAGE code; (3) Web page URL (If applicable); (4) Detailed Description of product; (5) Technical qualifications of business to provide requested items; (6) Evidence of business status in addition to any other Small Business status; i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); IMPORTANT: The Government requests interested offerors submit one copy of their capability response no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 11 AUG 2009 to the following address:, Mission and Installation Contracting Command Eustis; Attn: MAJ Richard Downs, 2746 Harrison Loop, Fort Eustis, VA 23604, or electronic submittals (no hyperlinks or electronic media) in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat format addressed to richard.downs@us.army.mil no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time, 11 AUG 2009.
