- Description
- The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to notify industry about an up-coming solicitation for the acquisition of financial viability information on companies through a web-service interface. This solicitation is for USCIS programs with a need to determine the financial viability of companies. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 Acquisitions of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. A single award Fixed Price Contract with Labor Hour CLINS will be awarded, which will include a one-year base period with four possible one-year option periods. The RFP issue date is anticipated to be August 14, 2009 and it is anticipated that proposals will be due no later than 14 days following solicitation issuance. A draft RFP will be issued as soon as possible to facilitate the tight proposal response time.
