- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation for Project No. SXHT 08-1004, Replace Primary Feeder in Bldg 578 on Patrick Air Force Base, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to repair primary feeder. "STRADDLE A PROJECT". Period of performance is 150 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date on or about 20 Aug 09 and proposal closing date of 17 Sep 09 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 238210/$14M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is set aside for HUBZONE Small Business. Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website.
